Refund policy

We want you to absolutely love your new Dreamy Days sleepwear! If your new item is not quite right we accept returns and exchanges within 10 days after delivery. Return items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged and paper tags must be in original condition.

We do not offer returns / exchanges on any sale items.

When returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not be held accountable for loss for stolen items.

Faulty Garment

If there is a fault with your garment we will always endeavour to firstly repair it. If we do find that a repair is not an option, a replacement or refund will be offered.
